No Bake Protein Peanut Butter Cups

 

Ingredients:

 

Take the Coco Powder, Greek Yogurt, Chocolate Protein Powder and Honey or Stevia and mix in one bowl. Slowly add water until the mixture is easy to pour.

In a second bowl take PB2 and slowly add water to make a liquid.

 

Fill up to a quarter of each cupcake liner with the chocolate mix, then add a layer of the peanut and top off with one more layer of chocolate. The cupcake liners should be filled about ¾ way. Pop in the freezer for 20 minutes until the liquid mix is completely frozen and enjoy.

 

One peanut butter cup will have less than 100 calories.
