Q: When Will My Order Ship?
Our number one goal is to make sure you receive your package in as little time as possible! To do this, we make sure to ship your order out SUPER quick. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships.
If everything is in stock and you order before 3.00 p.m. Local time, we will ship your order out THE SAME DAY! If your order after this time, we will ship your order out the next working day.
If part of your order is in stock, we will most likely ship part of your order out at the same schedule as above.
If your order is on backorder, we will ship your order the day that your items come in. Don't worry, backorders are rare! If we do have a backorder, it is usually for only a few days at the most.

NOTE: We ship orders VERY quickly, sometimes only minutes after you place it. It may be too late to change your shipping address even if you call or e-mail right after you place your order. If that happens, the order may be delivered to the wrong place, but it most likely will be shipped back to us eventually. It may take a while to get back to us, but when it does we will be sure to ship it to the new address that you have given to us.

Q: How Long Does Irish Shipping Take?
We strive to always ship your order out within 18 hours, usually much quicker. If you order before 3:00 p.m. Local Time, your order will most likely ship the SAME day! Our customers are constantly shocked by how fast we ship orders out. We understand that you want your products as fast as humanly possible. You will get an e-mail from us when your order ships.
Shipping Times: Most orders are delivered next working day! Some times if our courier company cant get in contact with you it may take longer.
Q: What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Product?
We make every effort to package the item the best we can so that it will be in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Unfortunately, in rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible!
To get a replacement, simply e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +353 1 2301122 and let us know your name, order number, and the item that was damaged. We will then send out a new product immediately and also arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us. We apologize for the trouble!
Q: I Received The Wrong Product! What Do I Do?
Don't worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! If you received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply e-mail us at email@example.com Give us your name, order number and the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check into this immediately, arrange for the missing product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will receive the correct one before you know it.
Q: I Did Not Receive My Full Order! What Do I Do?
Don't worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! First of all, let's be sure that a mistake was really made. Mistakes do happen, but they are very rare. We have integrated a full computerized system to make sure that orders are filled correctly! We can look up your order in our system and see what items were scanned and what employees scanned and boxed them.
Q: My order has shipped and has not yet arrived, what do I do?
All in-stock Irish orders are shipped within 24 hours. So, if your order was shipped using DPD Couriers, then it will be delivered within 1-2 business days, which does not include Saturday and Sunday.
European orders should arrive within 4-10 business days.
At least 99% of our customers receive their order within that time period! If you do not receive your order in that time frame do not panic! We will find out what happened and get your order to you quick. Our number one goal is making sure all our customers are 100% satisfied!
Very rarely an order is delayed. Here are a few reasons why this may happen:
- It may have been delayed if our courier can not get in contact with you via Phone, Please make sure to have your phone switched on around time of delivery.
- The courier may have called to the address and not gotten an answer, if this is the case they will leave a calling card and try and redeliver the following working day.
- There may have been a problem filling the order.

We have worked hard to provide the most payment methods to our customers in order to make purchasing from UNSportsNutrition.ie as convenient as possible. Here is a list of the payment methods that we accept:
- Credit Or Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Lasercards
- PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can use this choice to pay quickly and easily.
- Wire Transfer: You can make a quick and very safe bank wire transfer payment any time you need.

Q: How do I pay using a credit card or debit card?
This is the most popular payment method by far.We accept Visa, Mastercard and Lasercards.
If your bank or debit card has a Visa or Mastercard symbol on the front, we can accept it just like a normal credit card! Here is how it all works:
When you have your items in the shopping cart and you are ready to pay using a credit/debit card, click Relex Credit Card option. Once you have selected the Credit Card option, click the Continue button to proceed to the next step. You will then be prompted to fill out the credit/debit card information box at the bottom of the page. Once you have finished entering the information as it appears on your credit/debit card, click the Submit Order button to finalize your order!
Your credit card information will be immediately sent by advanced SSL Security to Relex, one of the world's largest and most secure real-time payment processors.
With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2-5 business days.
If your credit or debit card is declined: If your credit/debit card is declined, you will get an immediate message after clicking the Submit Order button. We will not know the reason why a card is declined. Contact your credit card company or bank for information or try carefully submitting the information again.
If you receive an error message or card decline make sure the credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), card number, and expiration date are correct and try submitting the order again. We may send you an email request for additional verification information. If we don't hear back from you within seven days of that email your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Q: How do I pay using PayPal?
We happily accept the PayPal payment method! It is very easy to use.
When you have your items in the shopping cart and you are ready to pay using PayPal, choose the PayPal option, click the Continue button to proceed to the PayPal website. You will need to create an account or log in using your existing account to submit your payment. To create a PayPal account, fill out the information on the column on the left-hand side of the page. To log in using your existing PayPal account, fill out the log in information on the right-hand side of the page. Once you are logged on to PayPal you will see a page with our name and payment information on it, along with the total amount due. Fill out the form and make your payment. That's it! We will ship your order within 24 hours! UNSportsNutrition.ie will ship to the shipping address you provide us with (even if the shipping address differs from the one on your PayPal account!).
If you do not finish this part of the process, your order will not be shipped. If you would like to submit a payment to us manually, send the payment to email@example.com along with your order number and comments and we will take care of it for you! We may send you an email request for additional verification information after the purchase is made. If we don't hear back from you within seven days of that email, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued. Our award winning customer service team will keep track of your shipment and work to make sure you receive your order quickly!
Shipping for ROI and Northern Ireland is free on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 are charged €5.
All European orders under 2kg are shipped via registered air mail!
