Protein Banana Pancakes
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 whisked eggs
- 1/2 cup of UN Sports Nutrition ProFusion Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
Mash bananas and whisk eggs together. Add protein powder.
Grease a pan, we suggest with a coconut or peanut oil, and place over medium heat.
Add a large spoonful of mixture to the pan and cook for 1- 2 minutes on both sides.
Serve alone or add natural yogurt, fresh fruit or a nut butter.
