We have searched online for the best recipes to incorporate into a clean diet. This week we are trying chocolate whey muffins which can be enjoyed as a nutritions breakfast or as a clean treat.
- 1 cup of Whole Oats
- 5 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- ½ scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein
- Pre heat oven to 190 degrees
- Blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter to make four muffins
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes
- Remove from Oven and allow to cool.
