We have searched online for the best recipes to incorporate into a clean diet. This week we are trying chocolate whey muffins which can be enjoyed as a nutritions breakfast or as a clean treat.




  • Pre heat oven to 190 degrees
  • Blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds.
  • Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter to make four muffins
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes
  • Remove from Oven and allow to cool.


Garnish your muffin with Peanut Butter, Chocolate Nut Butter, caramel or maple syrup
